Sean Anthony Aquiningoc charged after drugs found

After a 30-year-old man got into an altercation with a female driver and got out of his car with a gun in hand, the woman reported him to police, who tracked him down and found him with unregistered firearm, suspected methamphetamine and suspected marijuana, according to a magistrate’s complaint filed Monday in the Superior Court of Guam.
